A lovely vintage petticoat/skirt in white cotton with broderie anglais pleated hem. The waist has a button and press stud closing in a discreet placket, with elastic to the waist seam. The hem has a deep panel of broderie anglais, pleated into the base skirt and is very full.  A great piece for layering or wearing as is, it has elastic waist for flexible sizing.
